My diet become more effective when I download the
application in Ipad called Easy Eating Habits. Because of this application I
can record what type of food I will eat today. Afterwards, your Ipad will rang
and you will see that the application Easy Eating Habits will remind you
that the food you will choose is not
right because it will gives you high cholesterol or high sugar which is not
right for the dieters. Because there are faces in that application, you will
feel guilty if you will stare at it.
We want to get slim because we are worried for our self and
for our love ones. We must put into our head that being an obese will make our
life shorter. So, if you want to stay in this world for more decades you have
to be very careful. Just like me, I
don’t want to get high blood so I need to avoid foods that have too much
cholesterol. These are the oily foods like pork chop and fried chicken. I need
to avoid too many chocolates, ice cream, cakes and other sugary products if you
don’t want to suffer in diabetes and you have to bear in mind that eating junk
food is the primary reason why there are many adults and children need to
undergo dialysis because they are having kidney failure.
I want to be healthy even I get old so I am avoiding foods
that can harm my body. And I am very glad that there is application like Easy
Easting Habits that can remind us always what will be the best for us. And that
is avoiding delicious foods that will kill you after years or months. Because of the help of this application I am now
smart to choose what the best food for dieters is.
